The Purest Form

The first and most personal of the three recordings to date, 'The Purest Form' is the summation of ten years of learning, perfecting and composing on the classical guitar. Featuring 12 original compositions - snapshots of profound moments in the musician's life - the music charts the emotional highs and lows of following a dream and the events that shape character and frame of mind.

' I had tried to record the music years before in places as far afield as Malta and Thailand. I tried recording studios, portable studios, numerous guitars and in the end believed it just wouldn't happen. Something always cropped up - and then in 1999 when I least expected anything to happen everything fell into place like clockwork epitomising the message on the CD: sometimes in life you just have to follow your heart and see where it leads.'

The music is further enhanced by a 20-page colour booklet detailing each piece in words and images.
